Shipping policy

 

 As a small business balancing work and family life with a baby, we aim to ship all orders within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Oversized items may incur an additional fee.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Regular Interval is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@regularinterval.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Once an order arrives at your destination country, you are responsible for all communication with your country’s Courier service.
