Refund policy
We happily offer refunds, exchanges or store credit if an item is faulty. The goods must be in brand new, unused condition.
We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or store credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes, online sales promotions, flash sales or any other form of discount.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange an exchange. Please email us at hello@regularinterval.com with your order number and the item/s you would like to return. All items need to be returned to us using a tracked signature courier within 3 days of receiving email confirmation, with the costs of return at the expense of the customer.
If you pay by AfterPay, the refund balance will be minus the AfterPay fee, (the AfterPay fee is 5% for NZ orders and 7% for Australian orders). If you paid by PayPal, the refund balance would be minus the PayPal fee of 5%.
Items need to be returned to us in similar protective packaging they were sent in, with all original undamaged labels, tags and product boxes within 3 days of return information being sent to you. If items return damaged due to poor packaging no refund, credit or exchange will be given.
Returned items must be sent using a tracked courier, with a tracking number and signature required. Responsibility for the item remains with the purchaser until has been received by Regular Interval. We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes on international orders.
Regular Interval reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product in question does not meet these requirements.
